Who can apply

All homes accept Section 8 voucher holders and non-voucher holders.

With a voucher

Your voucher must be issued and in hand, not pending, and your voucher bedroom size must match the home.

Without a voucher

2.5x the rent

Your household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. For a $3,000 home, that's $7,500/month.

General requirements

Rental historyNo evictions in the last 5–7 years.
Background checkNo violent criminal history.
Moving within 15–30 daysThese homes are for renters ready to move now.
Proof of incomeAll income types accepted: pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, SSI or benefits letters, and award letters.
Government-issued photo IDRequired for every applicant.
Security depositRequired. Some homes offer a flexible or reduced deposit, but not all.
